SneakerScope is an AI-powered sneaker market analytics platform. We track real-time prices across major marketplaces, calculate Heat Scores, provide AI trading signals, and help you manage your sneaker portfolio.

Click "Get Started" on the homepage, enter your email and create a password. You'll need to verify your email address before accessing all features.

The Heat Score™ is our proprietary algorithm that combines financial momentum (price trends), social hype (Google Trends data), and market volatility to give you a single 0-100 score indicating how 'hot' a sneaker is.

We aggregate real-time sold listing data from eBay. Our data focuses on 'New with box' condition sneakers for accuracy.

Price data is updated multiple times per day through our automated collectors. Daily market summaries are calculated at midnight UTC.

Set a target price and condition (above/below) for any sneaker. When the market price meets your criteria, you'll receive an email and push notification immediately.

Free users can create price alerts. Pro users get unlimited alerts with push notification support.

Check your spam folder first. For push notifications, make sure browser notifications are enabled. Make sure the alert is still active (alerts are automatically deactivated after triggering). Also verify your email is verified in settings.

Portfolio tracks sneakers you actually own with purchase price, size, and quantity. Watchlist is for sneakers you're interested in but don't own yet.

We multiply each sneaker's current median market price by the quantity you own. Total value is the sum of all items.

Pro users can export their portfolio data in CSV, JSON, or PDF format from the Portfolio page.

Pro unlocks: Heat Score analytics, 30-day price charts, unlimited alerts, daily market reports, portfolio export, advanced filters, and priority support.

Pro is €14.99/month. We also offer a 2-day free trial so you can test all features before committing.

Go to Settings → Subscription → Manage Subscription. You can cancel anytime through the Stripe portal. You'll keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if you're not satisfied. Contact support with your email and reason for refund.

Click 'Forgot password' on the login page. Enter your email and we'll send you a reset link valid for 24 hours.

Yes. We use industry-standard encryption, secure HTTPS connections, and never store passwords in plain text. Your payment info is handled securely by Stripe.

Contact support with your account email. We'll permanently delete all your data within 30 days as per our privacy policy.
